Add Payphone to your coding agent two ways: Dial Agent (plugin, skills, rules, and paste-once dashboard bootstrap) or MCP (remote tools at payphone.wtf/mcp). Credits mode uses DIAL_API_KEY; paid MCP tools can also settle via x402 on Base.
